We arrived in Newcastle on Wednesday night, then we spent the next few days getting ready for our Ontario reception. I loved the way that the hall looked and I and so thankful that family and friends were able to travel and be with us that night. I don't get much chance anymore to see everyone I would like to on my trips home. After the ring ceremony we had a few pictures taken outside. The rain held off right until we got home at midnight. Thank you to everyone that helped.
2 down 1 to go.

weekend in Cardston aka home
It was our ward temple trip on Saturday. So Friday night after work we packed up some stuff and headed down to Grandma and Grandpa Orr's to spend the night. We were on the 9:30am session so we wanted to be able to sleep in a bit. And we love being able to spend time with Grandma and Grandpa. I told Grandpa that before I met Kevin I had only been to Cardston two times and now we are there every few weeks. He explained to me we just end up there because it is home. After we went to the temple we were going to go out to Waterton because I have never been there but the weather was not quit right. Maybe next time. On this trip Grandma gave us the quilt that she made us as a wedding gift. I love it. I think we will put in on the bed in our spare room. As with almost every trip to Cardston we made our standard stop at the 7-11 in Clairesholm. Clairesholm = 7-11 = best chicken EVER! We normally get chicken strips but this time they didn't have any so I tried the chicken wings. So good. And as an added bonus they has Crush grapefruit Slurpee! One of the best trips to 7-11 I would have to say. Overall we had a lovely stay as always. It's fun to just sit and chat with Grandma and Grandpa, they have some of the best stories. We will go back around the end of July. I still need to go to Waterton and maybe a trip to Kalispell, MT. We are excited that summer is almost here.
